The models allow scientists to predict the potential toxicity, activity and properties of pharmaceuticals and other chemicals. These models are constructed by NovaMechanics scientists based on both proprietary and non-proprietary data.
Via one simple on-line interface the new environmental toxicity and drug discovery platform from NovaMechanics Ltd will integrate tools available in silico prediction methodologies to provide the data and predictions, relating to the environmental and biological activity impact of a chemical structure input by the user.A query can be entered with the provided editor for chemical structures, a SDF file (batch of compounds) and SMILES and receive predictions across multiple endpoints. Data available includes model predictions, domain of applicability all exported in well know formats (csv, pdf etc).
